REFUND POLICY
WITHDRAWAL
From the date of receipt or collection of their order, the customer has 14 days to return an item. After this period, the delivered candles will be considered compliant and accepted by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges, credit notes, or refunds. To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer simply returns the item, indicating that they wish to benefit from the withdrawal period, without any further formalities, to the following address: Carine Houesnard, 8 avenue du Général Patton, 02880 Crouy, France. Refunds of the amounts paid for the order will be processed as quickly as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the withdrawal request, and will be issued via the payment method used for the order. Beyond the 14-day legal withdrawal period, we reserve the right to refuse exchanges, credit notes, or refunds. Candles made to customer specifications or clearly personalized are neither returnable nor exchangeable. Returned candles must be unused and unburned and returned in their original packaging with a copy of the order number or invoice. Please note the reason for the return so we can improve our service. Burned, damaged, soiled, or incomplete candles will not be exchanged or refunded. All returns require our prior authorization. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and risk. We therefore recommend delivery with signature confirmation and package insurance. Candles returned by carrier without adequate protection or with insufficient packaging will be refused. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the protection and insurance of the returned candle(s) during transit. Any exchange or refund will be processed upon receipt of the item.
